GOOGLE ADVERTISING

GOOGLE – DISPLAY NETWORK

Google is partnered with millions of websites across the internet. Due to the abundance of available inventory, we’re able to work within the Google Display Network to provide you with more affordable advertising options across many websites.

GOOGLE – MANAGED PLACEMENTS

With this option, we have the ability to choose exactly where our ads will appear within the Google Network. Although our placement is not guaranteed and depends on the impressions inventory, if our ads do get served, we will end up paying only a fraction of the costs to advertise compared to going directly to the websites.

GOOGLE – CONTEXTUAL TARGETING

Another advertising option we have within the Google Display Network entails contextual targeting, which is targeting based on keywords, topics or interests. Google will use our keywords to crawl its network to determine where our ads are relevant and can be served.

GOOGLE – REMARKETING

Remarketing is an incredibly valuable tool within the  Google Display Network. Remarketing is the practice of serving ads to users that have visited your website or application and have interacted with it in a particular way. Remarketing is invaluable when creating repeat customers for your business.

GOOGLE – INTEREST

Interest targeting is used when we are looking to show ads to an audience that is showing interest about a particular topic, such as food, music, or nightlife.

GOOGLE – TOPIC

This targeting type on Google is used to advertise to people searching or have searched for an item within a specific topic. They could also be watching music video’s about a topic that we choose.

YOUTUBE ADVERTISING

YOUTUBE – PRE-ROLL ADS

Pre-rolls are :15 or :30 second video ads that can run on YouTube or other websites within the Google Network that plays video content. Pre-rolls are watched in its entirety before viewers can begin or resume watching their selected video.

YOUTUBE – TRUEVIEW ADS

Unlike pre-roll ads, TrueView Video Ads are videos uploaded within the YouTube ecosystem that can be promoted to increase views or promote a particular channel. Viewers have the option of continuing to watch the TrueView Video Ad or “skipping” it after 5 seconds. As advertisers, we are only charged when our ad has been viewed for: 30 seconds, with clicks being complementary. Here are the different formats in which TrueView Video Ads can appear in Search, in Display, or in Stream.

YOUTUBE – OVERLAY ADS

In-Video Banner Overlay: This overlay (480×70) can appear in conjunction with a companion banner (300×250) while a YouTube video is being watched.

Call-To-Action Overlay: This overlay is text-based and appears: 10 seconds into a video on YouTube.

FACEBOOK ADVERTISING

FACEBOOK – STANDARD ADS

Standard Ads appear on the right-hand side of Facebook. With this kind of ad, we’re able to control all facets of it, including the title (25 characters), message (90 characters), image (110×72 pixels) and the click-through URL. The click-through URL can lead to any outside URL, or it can point back to a particular page within the Facebook ecosystem, taking the form of a “Page Like Ad.”

FACEBOOK – PROMOTED POSTS / PAGE POST ADS

Promoted posts consist of actual posts within the Facebook platform. It’s designed to increase a brand’s reach and can show up on the right hand side of Facebook and/or within the news feed. Promoted posts are often confused with Sponsored Stories, due to the fact that promoted posts say “Sponsored” in the news feed.

FACEBOOK – SPONSORED STORIES

Sponsored Stories are user-generated stories, based on the actions of users. By sponsoring these actions, we can increase the reach of these stories to nudge and encourage greater interest within our targeted users’ network.

FACEBOOK – WEBSITE CLICKS / CONVERSIONS

Facebook website click / conversion ads are explicitly built to drive traffic to your website. When you choose Increase conversions on your website, you’ll need to add a piece of code to the HTML on your website. You should add the code to a website page you want to track conversions on. For instance, if you want to track how many people saw your ad and then actually went and purchased the product you were advertising, you should add the code to the purchase confirmation page of your website.

FACEBOOK – OFFER CLAIM ADS

When you choose Get people to claim your offer, you’ll create an ad with a coupon, discount or another special deal you want to provide. You can choose an audience for the ad you run and can decide how many people can claim your offer or a limited time frame to run the offer,

FACEBOOK – LOCAL ADS

When you choose to reach people near your business, you’ll target people in and around your local community by setting a radius around your business. Local Awareness may be the right choice for you if you want to increase in-store sales or foot traffic. Running a local awareness ad may also help you build awareness of your business in your local community.

TWITTER ADVERTISING

TWITTER – PROMOTED TWEETS

Promoted tweets can appear in timelines or search results. We can target based off of interests, keywords, demographics, similar followers or region. We are getting some of the best performance results in our category according to our Twitter reps. If done correctly, expect to get conversations and conversions.

TWITTER – PROMOTED ACCOUNTS

Promoted Accounts suggest accounts that people don’t currently follow and may find interesting. Promoted Accounts help introduce an even wider variety of accounts people may enjoy. Promoted Accounts boost your follower growth, so they are best used when you would like to be more discoverable to people who are likely to love your business.

TWITTER – PROMOTED TRENDS

Promoted Trends appear in the ‘trending’ list and can be targeted to reach users within a certain regional distance from your business, or you can reach users around the globe that have shown an interest in what your business has to offer.

INSTAGRAM ADVERTISING

INSTAGRAM - PROMOTED POSTS & VIDEOS

Instagram is a different beast to Facebook and Twitter. For brands to be successful on the platform, they need to be prepared to invest in first class creative assets, and less importance should be placed on copy and links. Paragraphs of text below an image are also a massive turnoff to most users. Content on the platform should fully engage the user without it being necessary to travel to an external site. People use Instagram in a different mindset to Twitter and Facebook – as content is harder to skip past (which is part of the reason why you get great engagement rates). Instagram now allows businesses to promote regular image posts, videos, or a carousel of images.
