The short answer

In September 2026 Magnitude launched a new westrichpacific.com for Edmonton developer Westrich Pacific: a static Next.js site on Cloudflare that is the hub for its portfolio. Schema.org markup links it both ways to the building sites, 78/78 old URLs survived the cutover, and building-site and Meta leads route to the right building.

What the new hub does

  • A fact page for every published building, grouped by status, from Now Leasing to Portfolio.
  • Static HTML, complete before any script runs, so crawlers that skip JavaScript see everything.
  • Location copy uses only facts that passed the AI-assisted check, which caught renamed places like Oliver, now Wîhkwêntôwin.
  • A web editor (Pages CMS) makes a status change a form edit, not a code change.

  • Each hub building page names the building's own domain as its url and sameAs, and ties it to one Organization entity.
  • A copy-paste kit adds the return sameAs and a footer link to each building site. A script checks both directions.
  • The hub's llms.txt says which site to cite for what, and tells Westrich Pacific, Westrich Rentals and Westrich Bay apart (our guide).

The migration

A migration that lost nothing

  • Every old WordPress URL got a permanent redirect, written with and without the trailing slash.
  • Nameservers moved from GoDaddy to Cloudflare on 3 Sep 2026, and 78/78 old URLs resolved or redirected permanently.
  • The retired westrichrentals.com folded into the hub, with rules scoped so g4.westrichrentals.com kept working.
  • Forms were proven live that afternoon with a real submission, and the new URLs went out through IndexNow.

Lead system

How leads reach the right building

For each matched lead it sends a text and an email reply, with the email sent from Westrich's own domain. Meta leads are written to the building's lead sheet by n8n, and website leads reach the same sheet by form email. Website leads also send a server-side Lead event to the Meta Conversions API. Any failed step goes to a safety net of a dead-letter table, error alert emails and a daily digest.   • Moved to n8n: Meta lead ads on 26 Aug 2026, then text-and-email replies for the rental building sites by 1 Sep 2026.
  • Leads match their building by domain or exact form name. Website leads also reach Meta as hashed events.
  • New Meta forms are mapped automatically. Leads from unmapped forms are held, not dropped.
  • Hub forms pass bot checks and are stored before delivery, so any can be replayed.
  • Failed steps go to a dead-letter table and raise an alert.

What is a hub-and-spoke structure for a multi-building developer?

The corporate site is the hub, with the company, the portfolio and a fact page per building. Each building's own website is a spoke for availability, tours and applications. Schema.org markup and visible links connect each pair both ways.

Why not use a canonical tag to the building sites?

A canonical tag marks two pages as duplicates and asks Google to index only one. The hub page and the building site do different jobs, so they are linked with sameAs instead.

How do renters and buyers at one address get the right reply?

Westrich Bay, a for-sale waterfront community, and Westrich Bay Rentals share one address and similar form names. Routing matches names exactly or through approved aliases, never partially, so renters and buyers each get their own reply.
